How it works
Heist payouts are split by percentage. The leader sets the cuts before the heist starts, and they always have to add up to 100%. Most GTA Online heists also force a minimum cut for every player (usually 15%), so the leader can't take everything.
Fair splits
- Even split: everyone gets the same. Best with friends.
- Leader max: everyone else gets the minimum and the leader takes the rest. Common when the leader paid for the setup.
- Somewhere between: give a bit extra to whoever did the hardest part.

What is the minimum heist cut in GTA Online?
In GTA Online most heists make the leader give every player at least 15%. The calculator warns you when a cut is below the minimum you set.
Do the cuts have to add up to 100%?
Yes. The game only lets you start when all cuts together are exactly 100%.
Will this work for GTA 6 Online?
Yes. The calculator only uses the payout and the percentages you enter, so it works for any heist. If GTA 6 Online uses a different minimum cut, just change the minimum field.
